The Terms and Conditions on this page govern your use of the DC&C Web Solutions website and services. By accessing this site or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these terms. These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern the relationship between DC&C Web Solutions and any client or visitor who uses this website or purchases our services.

DC&C Web Solutions provides website design, redesign, monthly management, and related digital services for local businesses. All services are subject to a written agreement confirmed before work begins.

A 50% deposit is required to start any project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion before launch. All deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

All active websites require a Monthly Management Plan at $50/month. If this plan is cancelled, your website will be taken offline. DC&C Web Solutions is not responsible for any business losses resulting from cancellation.

DC&C Web Solutions builds websites using Wix Studio and other third-party platforms. Your site is subject to those platforms' terms of service. We are not liable for changes made by third-party platforms.

We do not guarantee specific results, search engine rankings, or increases in revenue from any website we build. Results vary based on factors outside our control.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Baltimore County, MD. DC&C Web Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

DC&C Web Solutions collects only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact and booking forms — including your name, email, phone number, and business details. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience. By using this site, you consent to this use.

You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and complete content for your website, including text, images, logos, and business information. DC&C Web Solutions is not liable for any legal issues arising from content supplied by the client, including copyright infringement, false advertising, or inaccurate business claims. We reserve the right to decline any content we deem inappropriate or unlawful.

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Revision requests that fall outside the original project scope — including requests for additional pages, new features, or significant redesigns — will be quoted separately before work begins. DC&C Web Solutions will not begin out-of-scope work without written approval from the client.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the design and published content of their website. However, the website lives on the Wix platform and is subject to Wix's own terms of service and account requirements. If the client wishes to transfer the site to their own Wix account, this can be arranged. DC&C Web Solutions retains ownership of any custom code, templates, or design systems not specifically commissioned as part of the client's project.
